✅ Completed Cleanup Work

1. Task Definition Principles

  • Moved task-definition-principles.md to /00-documentation-meta/taskmaster-completion-guide.md
  • Updated CLAUDE.md reference to new location
  • Correctly identified as TaskMaster AI guardrails, not core principles

2. Implementation Folder

  • Archived entire /05-featurest/implementation/ folder to /99-archive/premature-implementation/
  • Contained 18-month timeline and $1.06M budget (inappropriate for MVP stage)
  • Follows documentation pipeline: specs come before implementation

3. Business Processes Consolidation

  • Reduced 129 process files to ~12 MVP-focused documents
  • Created simple 1-2 page feature descriptions:

5. Architecture Simplification

  • Reduced from 47 files to 6 practical guides:
  • tech-stack-mvp.md (SvelteKit, Cloudflare, Supabase)
  • database-design-mvp.md (Simple PostgreSQL with RLS)
  • api-design-mvp.md (REST endpoints)
  • authentication-mvp.md (Kinde Auth)
  • deployment-mvp.md (Cloudflare Pages)
  • index.md (Overview with <$150/month cost estimate)

6. Documentation Meta Cleanup

  • Archived 7 cleanup tracking files to /99-archive/cleanup-tracking/
  • Kept only essential guides:

  • startup-language-style-guide.md
  • taskmaster-completion-guide.md

7. Main Index Update

  • Updated to reflect MVP focus and 3-person startup reality
  • Added clear documentation standards

1. Missing Frontmatter (36 files)

All newly created MVP documents need proper frontmatter:

3. Long Lines (714 warnings)

Documentation has lines exceeding 120 characters.

4. Duplicate H1 Headings (360 issues)

Multiple H1 headings in single documents.

  3. Fix broken links (use relative paths to archived content or remove)

  4. Run npm run docs:check:consistency after each fix batch
